Credit: Please credit me as the original artist/designer when you use or share the adopt’s design or fan arts with them!

Payment: Winners must pay in USD or EUR via the payment system I provide (most often Lavatop or EasyStaff, and more rarely — Boosty or Hipolink).

No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted. If you have payment issues, please contact me immediately!

Delivery of Files: Once payment clears, you will receive the artwork files for the adopt on your email or via Goodle Drive. This includes a high-resolution PNG and a separate PNG with a transparent background.

Naming & Lore: You are free to name your adopt, create their story, and decide who they are — feel free to develop them as you wish!

Allowed Modifications: You may tweak or redesign your character, but keep key elements of the design intact so the character isn’t completely changed.

Trading/Gifting: You are free to trade or gift the adopt to others. If you give it as a gift, that recipient inherits these same terms.

Resale: You may resell your adopt, but not above the original price you paid. In other words, you cannot profit from the resale.

Commercial Use: By default, commercial use is not included. You may use the character in personal projects freely.
Commercial use is allowed only if the adopt was purchased via Auto-Buy (AB).
For Set Price (SP) Adoptables: commercial use is included by default.
Commercial use includes (but is not limited to) merchandise, publishing, branding, or usage in monetized media (e.g. merch, books, games, VTuber use, etc.).*

Artist’s Rights: I retain the right to use and display the artwork for the adopt. I may post it on my portfolio, social media, or art sites to showcase my work.

NFT/AI Prohibition: You may not use this design or artwork for NFTs, blockchain projects, or AI training.

Enforcement
Breaking any of these rules may result in loss of your usage rights. For example, if the adopt is used commercially without permission or resold improperly, I reserve the right to revoke ownership (and possibly re-sell the character) without refund.
